We were in town on business and this condo was perfectly located for our needs. So well located in fact that we were even able to explore the city and enjoy a few of its many attractions that we found to be within a few blocks in any direction. The condo is well equipped and the building is very secure and has a great gym. There are countless restaurant options to fit just about any taste and budget within steps of the condo and an upscale grocery store is just across the street. There is a new sky-train service (Canada line) to/from the airport with a station about 3 short blocks from the building in Yaletown, a huge plus to be considered. Thank you to the VancouverStays team for a seamless booking and check-in process. We will be back.

If you are looking for a temporary apartment to rent temporarily while vacationing or to resettle in Vancouver, look no further. We were making our travel plans 6 months in advance and while other agencies gave us answers like "we're not sure what would be available then, please check 30 days prior to arrival", VancouverStays immediately responded to our request with availability and walked us through the payment and confirmation procedures. The apartment on W. Georgia was really nice and in the heart of Vancouver, where everything was a stone throw away. I highly recommend booking with VancouverStays and would definitely use their services again.

The apartment was in a fantastic setting, just a block from Robson Street and near to all the lovely restaurants in Yaletown. The size of the apartment was perfect and the facilities were amazing....and what great views of the city. Having the kitchen in the apartment was really useful, to be able to have breakfasts in or make a packed lunch for the day's sightseeing. We were really impressed with the helpfulness of the Vancouver Stays staff. We would highly recommend!

We both, Carina and me, are absolutely happy that we booked the Savoy Studio. The apartment is so well-appointed, Mr. Nitta is so friendly and helpful and last but not least your assistance was perfect, therefore, we have NO suggestions for improvement.
I would like to book the Studio again...hopefully I will be in Vancouver again in one or two years. We enjoyed our stay so much that I look forward to visiting the city and the surrounding area in my holidays!

I arrived back to the UK yesterday afternoon and am already back into the swing of things!
The apartment was perfect for my needs in term of location, security and amenities. The washer & dryer was a particular godsend given the heavy downpours that I experienced! The main shops were also just a short stroll away, as was Yaletown, which I though had fantastic bars and restaurants.
I will hopefully return to Vancouver sometime in the near future, and would definitely like to stay at The Miro again.

The Miro apartment was a really nice furnished apartment to help us settle into Vancouver. The apartment is really convenient to all downtown locations, and in a very nice and safe part of the city. Only a few steps away from the pubs and nightlife.

I loved the condo. It was perfect. The only feedback I have is that there were no coffee filters for the maker which is a pain in the butt when you want to make coffee in the morning, and there were a few light bulbs out. Other than that, the price was right, the location was right and it was impressively quiet considering it is downtown. I will gladly stay there again, and recommend VancouverStays to others...

Everything with the apartment was wonderful. It was cozy, but not cramped and the bed was surprisingly comfortable for a pull-down! We especially liked the nice view at sunset, as well as the excellent appliances. I personally enjoyed the roomy bathtub and the towels that were much larger and softer than what we’re used to with the usual hotel experience. Overall, everything was great and we will definitely look to stay here again if in the Vancouver area.

In terms of the apartment, we loved the convenience of the location, the apartment size was just what we needed. Our only complaint was that there were no soap at all in any of the two bathrooms, and only 3 towels for four of us to use. The fact that the apartment had the washer and drier was great, but we did have to purchase the detergent.
Also, as you know we had to spend the first night in the hotel - no complaints there - hotel was superb.
Again, thank you for helping us make this vacation as smooth as possible, and we will be in touch for our future travels.

We have again been very pleased with the apartment we stayed in. This is the third time we have used VancouverStays and have always been very happy with the service and the accommodation.
The Miro itself was a nice apartment with a good location. The facilities in the apartment were good and as expected. The building itself offered a decent gym which we used several times (but did not use the pool table that was also available).
The location was also ideal for access to Yaletown, Robson St and even the Sea Wall.

Regarding the apartment, both Jess and I really loved staying there. Checking in was super easy, Sean was very punctual and took us up for a rundown of the place. We were both impressed at the presentation and cleanliness of the place as well, very much up to our standards! We would definitely recommend the apartment or similar property to anyone else traveling to Vancouver. It's nice to be in a different city, but still feel like you have a "home". We preferred staying there much more than we would've a hotel! Thank you for your excellent service, we won't hesitate to book with Vancouver Stays for our next visit!
Back to Auckland on Sunday, and then back to work.....it's been an excellent holiday overall!

Firstly, I appreciated you! You were prompt, clear, organized, and helpful. You have a way of communicating that is friendly but also professional. That is important when renting through an organization with which you have never dealt before. We have rented a number of condos literally around the world, and that kind of interaction is reassuring. We also appreciated Sean meeting us at the apartment, and making sure we got settled in both the apartment and the parking garage.
The apartment location was great for us. I jogged down to Coal Harbor and along the seawall into Stanley Park literally from the building, and we were able to find a variety of restaurants nearby.
The apartment was clean and comfortable, and suited our purposes. We actually made breakfast there each day, and found the utensils we needed. On that front, I offer a suggestion, especially for renters who will be coming by air and not in a position to bring any kitchen requirements with them. Making sure there are paper towels and some basic condiments would help a lot.
Overall, excellent value for money. We would rent from you again.

...we loved the apartment, it's location was perfect, a good size for the two of us and nicely decorated. There seemed to be everything there that we needed to get by and other residents in the building were very friendly whenever we saw them.
We were also impressed with the security of the building - a huge difference to the apartment blocks you get over here! The only negative thing would be the building site next door but even then it wasn't as noisy as we expected it to be. We had a great stay and will definitely be getting in touch again for our next visit, whenever that might be.

My husband and I were very pleased with our stay at 909 Burrard. The nicely furnished room was very clean and comfortable, and the building was in a great location - close to shops, restaurants, and English Bay. We also enjoyed using the facilities - fairly large gym and swimming pool, hot tub, and sauna. Thank you very much Akemi and Sean for providing us with excellent services.
