I enjoyed my stay at the West Georgia Street apartment very much. Everything I needed was there and the apartment was very comfortable, quiet and well maintained.. The service was excellent from Akemi helping me with the booking to Chris meeting me and assisting with arrival and tending to small
problems promptly and courteously. The location was perfect as it is in easy walking distance of everything I needed. I can recommend the walk to the
park at the bottom of Jervis Street. That was a nice bonus to have that close by. Thank you for an enjoyable stay. I will be sure to contact you again next
time I am planning a trip to Vancouver.

Thanks Akemi. We had a fantastic time staying in the Qube. It was much more than we were expecting in terms of things being provided for us - such as laundy detergent etc. It was also bigger than we were expecting - I don't think the photos on the internet do it justice (if you know what I mean). For example, I wasn't expecting their to be a couch in the studio so we were pleasantly surprised. Great location and FABULOUS service from both you and Mr Nitta.

We had a great stay in the apartment in Yaletown. The apartment was spacious, bright, very clean and very well kept. We really felt home.
The bed was comfortable and sheets and towels were almost new! We didn’t use the kitchen except for the toaster and the water boiler for tea. Vancouver has such great restaurants so we went out for dinner and lunch. It was perfect to have wireless internet.

in a great location - close to shops, restaurants, and English Bay. We also enjoyed using the facilities - fairly large gym and swimming pool, hot tub,

We are frequent travellers to various parts of the world and can honestly say that our dealings with VancouverStays was of a high quality and compares very favourably with anything else of this nature that we have previously experienced. The property we stayed in did not disappoint and reflected what was outlined on the web site.

Thank you for your e-mail! And yes - I had a WONDERFUL stay at the Yaletown condo while I was in Vancouver! It was such a treat to come 'home'. I had no problems with any of the appliances, and Sean (who met me upon arrival) was fantastic.
My only suggestion, is it would be a great if the condo had a Vancouver map on hand (I suppose these sorts of thing can go missing, but it's a great resource). Another or additional idea would to supply each guest with a print out map of the yaletown area marking important features (i.e. grocery store, shoppers drug mart, bakery, some restaurant recommendations). However, these are only ideas.
I would like to take this opportunity to THANK YOU!!!! It has been an absolute pleasure to use Vancouver Stays as my 'home' away from home. I have already been spreading the word to friends and family and would definitely organize my accommodations with Vancouver Stays the next time I am in Vancouver! It was a beautiful condo, and everyone I dealt with from the company was exceptional!

Thanks for all your help with the apartment, we had a really wonderful time and the apartment made our stay really comfortable and convenient. It was also really nice to stay somewhere that felt more homely than a hotel. As for feedback, to be honest I don't think there would be anything negative about it! We particularly liked the range of the facilities, and the extra touches like washing up soap which meant we could just relax straight away rather than immediately hit the grocery store! All in all, thanks so much for a great job, we had a wonderful time in Vancouver!

Overall, the apartment was very lovely. The location is perfect for first time visitor to your lovely city. It allows you to very easily access to any part of the city. This is an up and coming neighbor and was delight to be in. Very close to necessary places like coffee shop, breakfast place, restaurants, grocer, drug store. (all those things a block or less away). Hertz car rental around the corner. Many, many sites all in walking distance or a short bus/cab ride. The apartment is as picture on the website, accept for it is a little more worn than what is shown in pictures. It is well equip with the things one needs to enjoy their stay. The view is wonderful. Even with mentioning the few things below, I would definitely give this apartment B+ (From a score of 1-10) 10 being the best. It is a 8/9.

With regards to the apartment, we really enjoyed staying there. The apartment was clean, quiet, well equipped and nicely furnished. It's central location was great, allowing us to walk most places we wanted to go in the city. It's proximity to Coal Harbour and to Stanley Park was a great plus. We found we much preferred the apartment to staying in a hotel and would certainly consider staying there again in future.

I enjoyed staying in the apartment and felt that it fully delivered what it promised. It was so much more convenient for me to stay there than in a hotel for the conferenceI attended. We had a fantastic time in Vancouver. The apartment was located close to the bus and Skytrain. We didn't have any problems getting around. It was also within walking to grocery stores (IGA and Capers), movie theaters, shopping and restaurants. We took the train up, I didn't miss not having a car at all. Things couldn't have worked out better. Reservation, check in and out was simple and easy. The room was great. It was clean and comfortable. The washer and dryer in the room came in very handy. The exercise room was convenient. Very pleased with the apartment. The only recommendations for the apartment would be a TV in the bedroom, a thicker sleeping pad (if not using the cot) and the lighting in the bathroom was a little dark (my daughter's comment while putting on make-up). I wouldn't hesitate to use Vancouverstays.com again. Everything was wonderful. I have been recommending your services to my friends. I look forward to using your services the next time I travel to Vancouver. Thanks again for everything.

In short, I have nothing negative to say about the apartment. The place was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of them. It was perfect, great location, easy to get in & out, especially good for my parents as they are older and can find it difficult to get about sometimes. Sean was there promptly to meet us and in all my family had a great stay. I think the only hiccup they had was that the toilet stopped flushing in one of the bathrooms one day, but it was fixed as soon as they made the call. I'd also like to say thanks very much to you too, you've been extremely helpful in getting things organized, especially when we had to change the dates, I really appreciate it. We will definitely be using your services again the next time my family comes to visit!

We were very pleased with using your service. We found the reservation system straight forward and appreciated the follow-up
confirmation that your firm provided for occupancy. We followed the instructions upon arrival in Vancouver and met the
keyholder with ease. We were even able to contact the keyholder to answer some simple follow-up questions about the suite.
Our family (4 adults plus an infant) was able to enjoy downtown Vancouver living within walking distance of all ammenities
at a fraction of the cost of two hotel rooms. In addition, the provision of a kitchen with cooking utensils (and even a rice
cooker) enabled us to enjoy select meals at home and prepare meals for our baby. The service even provided a potable crib
which was greatly appreciated. We would certainly use VancouverStays again!

We had a great time in Vancouver and the apartment fit our needs. Our only suggestion would be to make sure there is at
least 8 of all utensils, cups, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses etc. As there were 5 of us, we had to either run the dish
washer more or wash items by hand. Thank you for your help in arranging the apartment, we hope to make it back someday
and will remember your services. Also, thanks for the email letting us know that everything was in good shape, the
communication has been very helpful and timely.

I wanted to thank for the excellent service and superb accommodations at Miro that you provided for us. Not only was the apartment in top-notch clean shape, but it was also very modern and stocked with all the kitchen supplies we needed. Hack, you even had sleepers for us. We arrived on a day of a snow storm on weekend, yet Sean was waiting for us at the building lobby promptly when we arrived. I wish hotel check-in was so efficient. The little den with office furniture and internet connection proved very useful. It was great to stay in the thick of things in downtown close to all of Yaletown's amenities. And we sure appreciated the underground parking on the days when it snowed. Definitely beats any hotel on quality/value and we stayed at Vancouver's best. I will be sure to recommend you to anyone I know.
