This apartment is professionally cleaned after each tenancy. Pets are NOT allowed. Parking is an additional $5 per day or $75 per month.

Extra Occupants - Prices are based on double occupancy. A single fold out bed can be provided for an additional $10 per night, $50 per week, or $100 per month.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Taxes of 5% (GST) are not included in the above rates. Any stays of 1 month (30 nights) or longer are exempt from tax in British Columbia.

A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property upon a full inspection of the property. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
A CAD$75 administration fee will be deducted from deposit for any cancellations 30 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in the full loss of deposit.
(Final payment is due in full at least 30 days prior to date of arrival).
Cancellations within 14 days prior to date of arrival are not permitted and will result in the loss of final payment (deposit only will be refunded, less the CAD$75 administration fee).
Early departures will not be refunded.
Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
