This building is a landmark in Vancouver, built in a unique hanging "Qube" style, the building was home to offices for many years until recently being renovated into residential apartments and has four elevators within the building.

Complete with a new queen size wall bed, this cozy studio is perfect for a couple or single tenant. As with all our apartments, cable TV, wireless high speed internet, local telephone calls and utilities are all inlcuded in the cost of the rental.

Nearby Attractions
Located in Coal Harbour, one of the best areas of downtown, Vancouver. The Qube is only a 5 minute walk away from famous Stanley Park and the gorgeous and serene Coal Harbour seawall. Robson Street is less then 2 blocks away as well.

Extra Information
This apartment is professionally cleaned after each tenancy. Parking is an additional $5 per day or $75 per month.

Extra Occupants - Prices are based on double occupancy. $10 per day, $50 per week, $100 per month for each extra person.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Taxes of 5% (GST) are not included in the above rates. Any stays of 1 month (30 nights) or longer are exempt from tax in British Columbia.

A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property upon a full inspection of the property. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
A CAD$75 administration fee will be deducted from deposit for any cancellations 30 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in the full loss of deposit.
(Final payment is due in full at least 30 days prior to date of arrival).
Cancellations within 14 days prior to date of arrival are not permitted and will result in the loss of final payment (deposit only will be refunded, less the CAD$75 administration fee).
Early departures will not be refunded.
Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
