The bedroom is finished with a plush double size bed with nice views of downtown Vancouver. This apartment also has a small home office complete with a desk and chair and direct high speed internet connection. This space can also be useful as storage for extra baggage. The shopping of Robson Street and Pacific Centre mall are a very short 5 minute walk north of the apartment. GM Place, BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Public Library are an easy 10-15 minute walk away. The closest grocery store is Nester's, which is located just outside the apartment. Extra Information This apartment is professionally cleaned after each tenancy. An $80 one time cleaning fee applies to this rental. Parking is an additional $10 per night, $60 per week, or $120 per month. Children 13 and under stay free. Extra Occupants - Prices are based on double occupancy. $15 per day for each extra person. Well behaved and non-shedding pets are welcome for an extra charge of $15 a day and up to maximum $150/month. Deposit, Taxes and Fees Taxes of 5% (GST) are not included in the above rates. Any stays of 1 month (30 nights) or longer are exempt from tax in British Columbia. A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property upon a full inspection of the property. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to date of arrival. Cancellation and Refund Policy No penalty for cancellations outside of 30 days. Cancellations within 30 days prior to arrival will result in the loss of the deposit. Cancellations within 14 days are not permitted and will result in the loss of full payment. Early departures will not be refunded. Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
