Complete with all new furnishings, this cozy 1-bedroom apartment is perfect for a single tenant, although a couple will also be very comforable. The bedroom is finished with a double size bed and access to the balcony. The kitchen is small but functional, the living area comes complete with leather couch and flat screen TV. Insuite laundry.

Nearby Attractions
Affordable and in a great location, the H&H building is located right in the trendy Yaletown district and within easy walking distance to the centre of the downtown core. The shopping of Robson Street and Pacific Centre mall are a very short 10 minute walk north of the apartment. Rogers Arena, BC Place Stadium and the Vancouver Public Library are an easy 10-15 minute walk away. The closest grocery store is Choice's, which is located just south of the apartment.

Extra Information
This apartment is professionally cleaned after each tenancy. Pet are NOT allowed. Parking is an additional $5 per day or $75 per month.

Deposit, Taxes and Fees
Taxes of 12% (HST) are not included in the above rates. Any stays of 1 month (30 nights) or longer are exempt from tax in British Columbia.

A $500 deposit is required at the time of reservation. Deposits will be refunded upon check-out pending there is no damage to the property upon a full inspection of the property. Final payment is due in full at least 1 month prior to date of arrival.

Cancellation Policy:
A CAD$75 administration fee will be deducted from deposit for any cancellations 30 days prior to date of arrival.
Cancellations within 30 days prior to date of arrival will result in the full loss of deposit.
(Final payment is due in full at least 30 days prior to date of arrival).
Cancellations within 14 days prior to date of arrival are not permitted and will result in the loss of final payment (deposit only will be refunded, less the CAD$75 administration fee).
Early departures will not be refunded.
Cancellation and interruption insurance is available.
